Our air-curing premises are located in Albentosa, Teruel, privileged area for ham curing, at 1,007 metres of altitude, in the heart of the Gúdar Mountain Range and at the foot of Javalambre Mountain Range, area with a constant breeze, dry climate and strong temperature contrasts, with changes of more than 20 degrees. This guarantees the best atmospheric characteristics for a perfect curing and drying of ham.
How to get there? Half an hour's drive from Teruel, an hour from Valencia, two and a half from Zaragoza, three and a half from Madrid and four from Barcelona.
